No wardrobe is complete without a classic sheath for Barbie.
This is a basic dress. Each of these dresses is made from new cotton print fabrics. The straps are carefully crafted to have points where they meet the bodice in the front. It has a small rolled hem. Inside the dress is fully finished so no fraying will happen. This has a Velco© closure.
In the first photo, I am showing the item left to right on a Silkstone or Vintage Fit Barbie, a Fashion Royalty, and lastly a newer Barbie commonly referred to as "the one that has a belly button."
Should it be needed, a gentle wash of cold water, mild soap and line dry, will return this garment to original shape and if you should so chose---only LOW HEAT on your iron. The dolls do not come with purchase. Although not shown, it will fit on Mattel 1966©, 1991©, 1993©, 1999©, 2006© and 2009© bodies, which constitutes a majority of the Barbie models. My home is smoke and pet free.
