This is a beautiful black homburg in very good condition. The inside circumference of the hat measures 22 1/2" so is a 7 1/4-7 3/8. This hat has a tall crown of 5". The hat maker is Dorfman-Pacific, one of the best known hat makers in the US. The homburg is made from stiff felt and has a grosgrain hatband and brim trim. Al Pacino gained some fame for the homburg by wearing one in the film "The Godfather." The hat comes with the original box.
