This fascinating book chronicles the popularity of the James Bond films from 1962-1994 and is authorized by the Bond producers and has an introduction by Cubby Broccoli who started it all.

Because this book is fully authorized, you will find behind-the-scenes information, anecdotes, rare candid photos, script revision details, outtakes and even bloopers. There is also a comprehensive analysis of Bond's ingenious devices and gadgets.

Also covered are the international advertising and promotional campaigns, Oscar nominations, memorabilia and trivia facts. Merchandising is a big part of every Bond film and this book goes into detail on the toys, games, model cars, trading cards, record albums and even the "007 After Shave" from the '60's.

There are also rare, exclusive interviews with the producers, directors, actors and technicians such as Maurice Binder who created the unique title design look of the films and Ken Adam, who created those elaborate set designs from Fort Knox to a hollowed-out volcano in Japan. There are also interviews with Mr. Broccoli, Desmond Llewelyn, Lois Maxwell, Roger Moore, Peter Hunt and even "From Russia With Love" villain, Vladek Sheybal.

This softbound book measures 8 3/4 x 11 inches and has 224 pages. It is complete and in very good condition except for some slight wear along the edges of the covers and spine and the spine color is a bit faded. You may notice these slight imperfections in the detail photos.
