VERY rare school book from 1912. It was my great grandfather's when he was in school. There is writing in pencil in the book from my pop.
The book has all sorts of math equations for fifth, sixth seventh and eighth grades. I tried to show examples in the photos. The book covers simple math of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division to financial problems, algebra, geometry, the metric system and foreign money exhange rates. Needless to say there is a lot of information packed into this 462 page book. There are an additional 50 pages of answers to the problems.
The binding is firm and the pages are firmly in place. Pages 187 and 27 , in the answers in the back of the book are torn but intact. Some of the pages are soiled.
