Vintage 1960's Philip Hulitar Black Silk Cocktail Dress. This is an amazing piece. Whisper-light, textured silk chiffon overlays a chiffon-covered silk lining. Bodice has sweetheart neckline with four darts of boning, multiple pleats swoop to the side where a silk bow is attached at waist. An extra wrap of skirt chiffon swishes to the side under the bow. Long sleeves have 4" metal zippers up wrists, chiffon back has 2 darts at neckline, and closes with hook and eye. 13.5" metal zipper up back with hook and eye to close.

Other than that, this piece is in excellent vintage condition.
