This vintage Humble Oil Company Tiger Bank is an cool advertising collectible, it is a tiger shaped hard plastic piggy bank. The tiger represented "Esso" Brand petroleum from Humble Oil Refinery. (The saying "Put a tiger in your tank" was related to this cute tiger!) This piggy bank was a gas station giveaway. The bank is probably from the 1960s or early 70s. The bank measures 8.5 inches tall and is in good condition, it has a cork replacing the original plastic stopper.
