* We only allow returns for STORE CREDIT on all our evening gowns, formal wear, wedding gowns (and bridal party) and coats. All other items will receive a refund for the cost of the item only.
* ALL LAY AWAYS: lay aways must be picked up before the deadline agreed upon with the seller. If you do not communicate with the seller or just do not make you final payment on time your item will be returned to stock and you will be charged a 20% fee (20% of the total cost of the item).Lay aways can not be canceled after the final payment has been made and the item has been sent.
