Stunning, sleek 1940s black crepe dress with bold shoulders, and gold and red sequined bracelet detail at the wrists.
The sleeves are full and gathered at the dropped shoulder seam; the gathers are echoed at the top of the yoke.
A shallow v neck slashes in to break up the horizontal shoulder line.
Just below the nipped-in waist, the skirt begins with smocking and more soft gathering. Truly gorgeous.
The dress zips up the side with a metal zipper and has a covered button and loop closure at the back of the neck.

Condition: Very Good. The dress is solid; the seams are sound. There is no fading or discoloration, the dress presents beautifully.
- There is a tiny pinhead size hole at the left bust area.
- There are a couple of small holes near the hem, see photos.
Measurements are taken flat and doubled for bust, waist and hips. Please account for comfort and movement when considering these measurements.
