This gold lame dress is the epitome of 30's glamour ; one to look and feel wonderful in.The lame drops like liquid gold and drapes around the body seductively.There is a delicate panel of net with tiny embroidered flowers on the waist. The same tiny flowers are scattered like gold dust on the skirt and the back of the dress has a cascade of very small pleats that fall down from the thigh.The back of the dress shows off the beauty of the female form as it scoops right down to just above the waist.It is suggestive of the coy looks given over the top of an ostrich feather fan. This is a rare piece of history and still extremely wearable.
