We have listed the maximum shipping cost in the Shipping Options section since we do not know the country we will be shipping to. The closer you are to us, the cheaper the shipping will be (obviously! ;-)) Please send us a message so that we can give you the exact shipping cost to your location.
We often ship paintings to Washington D.C. using the Ukrainian postal system (UkrPocht). These shipments typically take up to 2 weeks. Although the delivery takes some time to arrive, the service has been very reliable!
All paintings are packed with extreme care into specially designed shipping boxes. We also provide all necessary documentation from the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and is not delayed at customs.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your painting we will be deeply saddened, but will refund the full purchase price of the painting less shipping costs as soon as we receive your return.
